Abstract

This research has a purpose to measure the impact of digitization and employee engagement on organizational transformation. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis involving employees of BTN Harapan Indah Bekasi Branch by using a random sampling technique of at least 55 (fifty-five) populace.

Multiple linear regression is used in this data analysis technique. The hypothesis used: (1). Is there a significant effect of digitalization on organizational transformation? (2). Is there a significant effect of employee engagement on organizational transformation? (3). Is there a significant effect between digitalization and employee engagement on organizational transformation? The result of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of digital transformation and employee engagement on organizational transformation both in parsial and simultaneously
